Every product ships with multiple RFID cards/tags, and replacements are available in our Spare Parts collection. Each lock also includes a documented fail-safe access method, so you can never be permanently locked out.
The lock warns you well in advance of low battery, and batteries typically last more than 12 months. Even at full depletion, the fail-safe access method described in your manual lets you open the compartment and replace the batteries.
No. Our furniture is designed for discretion and privacy, keeping valuables out of sight, not as a certified fireproof or burglary-rated safe. For items requiring certified secure storage under your local laws, use an appropriate rated container.
