You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return:
Please do not send returns without a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be guaranteed a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for funds to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you haven’t received a refund, contact us at contact@hiddenstoragefurnitures.com.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We cannot issue refunds for return shipments lost in transit without tracking.
Want a different size, finish, or model? The fastest route is to request a return for refund and place a new order. Alternatively, email us and we’ll arrange a direct exchange once your original item is on its way back.
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it at no cost to you with a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Claims for RFID lock malfunctions are also covered under our Warranty Policy for a full 2 years.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
