2-Year Limited Warranty
All furniture pieces, hidden mechanisms, and RFID locking systems are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
RFID locking mechanism: failure of the lock, reader, or release mechanism under normal use
Hidden compartment hardware: hinges, sliders, dampers, magnetic closures
Structural defects: joinery failure, warping, or material defects in wood and board components
Finish defects: peeling, bubbling, or delamination present at delivery or developing under normal indoor use
What We’ll Do
If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our discretion and at no cost to you:
Ship replacement parts (most lock and hardware issues are solved this way, with simple step-by-step instructions), or
Repair the item, or
Replace the item, or
Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not practical.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email contact@hiddenstoragefurnitures.com with:
Your order number or proof of purchase
A description of the issue
Photos or a short video showing the defect
We respond to all warranty claims within 1 to 2 business days.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, natural wood color changes, battery depletion)
Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, improper assembly, or improper wall mounting
Water damage, outdoor use, or exposure to extreme humidity or heat
Batteries (consumable) and lost RFID cards/tags. Replacements are available in our Spare Parts collection
Items purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers
Batteries & Lock Access
Our RFID locks are battery-powered and designed to last more than 12 months of typical use on a set of batteries. Each product includes a low-battery warning and a fail-safe access method described in your product manual, so you are never locked out of your compartment. Lost your RFID card? Replacement cards and tags are available at hiddenstoragefurnitures.com/spare-parts and can be paired with your lock in under a minute.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country or state. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
