Every Hidden Storage Furniture piece is carefully built, inspected, and packed before it leaves our workshop. Because our furniture contains precision RFID locking mechanisms and concealed compartments, we take extra care in packaging and handling to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or finished to order, some items may require 5 to 10 business days of production time before dispatch. If your item requires extended production time, this will be clearly stated on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (holiday season, major sales), processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@hiddenstoragefurniture.com.
We understand that privacy matters. It is the heart of what we do. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of hidden compartments, safes, or security features on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. The sender appears as our neutral fulfillment name only.
Nightstands, console tables, and larger furniture pieces may ship via freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it. This protects your right to a full claim.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
